Our vision
Automating assembly by feel.
The last steps of manufacturing are still done by hand, because they are judged by touch. We give robots that sense, then build factories around them.
Wire harness routing, in simulation. Two arms seat a cable in two clips, wrap it around a post and plug it in, steering by fingertip force and reusing skills learned on earlier runs.
01The gap
Factories automated everything rigid. What flexes, slips or clicks home is still done by hand.
- Machining
- Molding
- PCB placement
- Harness routing
- Connector mating
- Seating magnets
02Why touch
Vision gets a robot to the part. Touch gets the job done.
This clip streams from Hugging Face and needs a browser that plays AV1 video.
Origami grasp · SO-101 with tactile sensorResearch ↗
A part that slips when held too lightly and crushes when held too hard. Touch more than doubled success.
03Off the bench
Thin, flat, handed to a stranger. Live.
83/83Cards handed out
100% success in a live environment: our robot handing business cards to attendees at the Encord Long Horizon conference, Oct 2026.
04Where we’re going
One platform. An everything factory for every sector.
Each factory builds any part in its sector to the customer’s drawing, from one prototype to production volume, with no dedicated line per part.

06How a pilot works
One assembly step, on your line, in about three months.
- 01ScopeYou send parts or CAD and a video of the step today.
- Yield gate02Bench trialsWe prove the step on replica parts in our lab.
- Yield gate03Cell on your lineA working cell on your floor, judged against your yield target.
- 04ScaleMore cells once it holds that yield.
Show us the step your robots can see
but can’t finish.
